Technical interviews:

We are looking for self driven candidates, passionate about technology with a strong mastery of computer science fundamentals and relevant technology stack expertise. Our process is paired with a quick coding session and practical problem-solving skills.

Duration: These rounds last between 30 minutes to 1 hour

Non-Technical interviews:

We assess behavioral competencies: adaptability, collaboration and judgement. This process includes an open discussion for both parties to evaluate the fit.

Interviewing Expectations:

Microsoft teams, webcam and microphone, internet availability, etc. As with any interview opportunity, we expect the candidate to take calls from a quiet place, and to dress appropriately.

Due to pandemic we are following a work from home model, this will change shortly.

Benison was started about 10 years ago with 3 students in a small room in Bangalore and with a vision to become a technology services company that solves complex technical problems for our customers. We are not a manpower company… but a technology company. Hence, we do not aspire to be a Wipro / Infosys / TCS / HCL etc but want to

Moreover, we have successfully created a process wherein we strategically re-invest our profits from our Services Business Unit to create our own IP and Products. Over the last 10 years Benison has had 2 successful spin-offs. First with an IoT Platform (2013-2015) which was acquired by an US Company and second in 2019 where our team and technology was acquired by Google. We are now working on our latest Spin-Off Nirad Networks which is doing extremely well.

We started with three people and are marching towards 200 in this year. We have been growing our employee strength at a staggering rate growing from <90 in 2020 to 150 now. The reason for this tremendous growth has been due to the trust our customers have shown in us and also the reputation that we have built about us.

Our attrition rate is one of the least in the services industry, it’s in lower single digits. We are proud of this fact. Our employees stay with us because our Vision is to become a partner not only to our customers but also our employees. And that means focusing on your Career development, Learning needs, Growth needs, Work Life Balance and most importantly a compassionate approach towards each employee. We have a very flat hierarchy and last but not the least a very flexible and relaxed work culture.

8. Where is Benison Technologies Headquarter located?

We are based out of Bangalore and Pune.

In Pune we are in Aundh area and In Bangalore we are based KIADB Export Promotion Industrial Area.

We have offices in the US and Germany primarily for sales and business development.

9. What is the Work from home policy until this pandemic lasts?

As of now, there is no set date to open our offices. We are very aware that Covid is not yet controlled and keeping our employees and their families safe is our primary goal. we are in a wait and watch phase.

We are looking at a hybrid work schedule for the future.
We have also decided to give a two month advanced notice to our employees before getting back to office.
