Source code and IP belong 100% to our customers. We destroy the copy of the source code and documentation once the project is completed.

We always keep a bench of 5-10% and place them as buffer resources in client projects. We can pull them out for new projects and also, we have a strong recruitment team in-house to help us on-time hiring.
